The tour dinner
The tour dinner was, as ever, held on the Saturday night,
and included such traditional features as the tour
awards
and Geoff Hales's witty cricket-related monologue.
It's all a bit long ago to remember more, but below are some
photos to laught (or yawn) at.
Heather Kara smiles the serene smile of one who knows her husband
will perform tricks for raw fish.
Joe White, Jim Streeter and Baz Dare,
a bowling attack feared by many batting line-ups,
even when sober.
At the risk of becoming monotonous,
Joe White, Jim Streeter and Baz Dare.
Mrs Ginger and Mrs Streeter -- totty on tour --
and one of the men who'll soon be paying
(in the form of a small fine) for the pleasure.
Mrs Ginger tries to avoid the attentions of the papparazi.
Mrs Ginger fails to avoid the attentions of the papparazi.
Mike Sheil and Daniel Mortlock,
out of the asylum on day leave.
Jim and Mrs Streeter contemplate.
Alex Stone: ``They love 'im 'ere!''
The dinner table awaits the arrival of us lot.
Us lot make some attempt to invade the table.
Baz Dare and Geoff Hales:
which is the father and which is the son?
Daniel Mortlock, suitably deferential, prepares to give Geoff Hales
a big fright.
Mrs and Mr Ginger smile flash their winning smiles for the papparazi.
Vicki Dare, Heather Kara, Joe White and Rob Harvey, unaware of the
triffid above their heads, ready to strike.
Most of Alex Stone, a glimpse of Steve Frost, a glint of Mike Sheil,
a fraction of Rob Harvey's head and finally, Joe White in excuisite profile.
